Organizations

Organizations are basically studied in many ways, especially in the social science which are the most common type in the economics, political science, management, psychology and sociology and the broad area of organizations is referred to as the organizational behavior, organization analysis and organizational studies. Therefore, a various kinds of prospect exist and theories some of which are competing and others are compatible. In sociology, the term organization is distinguished into unplanned informal as well as planned formal organization and the organization is defined as coordinated, purposeful and planned action of human beings to compile or constructs a common type of intangible product or tangible product.


Organization-functional: It is like a function of how the entities in the organization such as state authorities and businesses are used.
Organization-process related: It is an entity based which is being re-organized.
Organization-institutional: It is an organization of the entity.

However, the organizations is roughly divided into four types such as committees or juries, ecologies, pyramids or hierarchies and matrix organizations. All these types are explained below:

 Committees or juries
The committee's members are generally assigned to perform or lead the further type of actions which normally comes after the group decision where as the jury members come and take the decision.

 Ecologies
In this organization, it has an intense type competition. Bad parts of the organization are like starve and the good parts are like get more work as well as everyone is paid for what they actually do and the businesses are run like a tiny type which one has to show a profit or they are fired.

 Pyramids or hierarchies and
The hierarchy basically exemplifies as an arrangement with the leader who leads like a leader. This type of arrangement is associated with the bureaucracy. However, the hierarchies are satirized in the Peter Principle and the book that introduced as a hierarchiology.

 Matrix organizations
The matrix type of organizational are generally assigned to the each worker within the two bosses which is divided in two different hierarchies. The first one hierarchy is "executive" and the other one is "functional".

An organization also refers to by the element which is usually a part of it like its autonomy, its communication and its rules of action that is compared to the outside event. Organization also takes both advantages and disadvantages. There are three types of advantages in the organizations such as addition, extension and enhancement as well as the disadvantages is like a loss of interaction and inertness. In the organization, the management is generally interested from an instrumental point of view. The hybrid organization is generally, the body type that one operates in both the private sector as well as the public sector and the result of the hybrid organization basically becomes the mixture of both the private corporation or the part of organization. Even the hybrid organization is developing in the commercial type of market activities.
